I am in a sticky situation due to the down turn in the real estate market. I am looking for a large personal loan to help us with our situation for the short term. I am willing to pay a large return since my lender is willing to forgive a large portion of our loan. This would just be a short term fix. If anyone thinks they might be able to help me or know someone who does please email me for more information.
